You may return the item within 3 days only if it arrives broken, damaged, or defective.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Clearance/sale items (unless damaged upon arrival)

3. Conditions for a Valid Return Claim

To qualify, you must:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect.
  3. Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with tags attached.
  4. Include the original receipt or order number.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.

Step 5: Inspection

The item will be inspected upon arrival.
If confirmed damaged or defective, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.


5. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Replacement Item (preferred, if stock is available)
  • Store Credit
  • Bank Transfer Refund (if the product cannot be replaced)

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after inspection approval.


6. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Used or worn items
  • Items returned after 3 days
  • Accessories (if applicable, unless defective)
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Custom or special-order products

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered if the product is:

Size or color exchanges are not available unless it was our error.


8. Shipping Costs
